Pretty much, Gusam and Suchae end up killing themselves together by wearing bags filled with weight, and they apparently tie their hands together and walk into a lake. The detectives and a team of cops attempt to talk them out of it, but regardless of weather or not Gusam is guilty, Suchae fended off a rapist and actually killed him in the process, meaning that it was either jail time or death. They came to terms with the fact that they both wanted to be together bad enough. And seeing as a life together at this point is no longer possible, they decide that perhaps death together is the better option.There's also rumor that there is a flash back to the old lady. who was worried and sad about them, and hoped that they were okay, and that the final picture we see is Suchae and Gusam running on a beach, implying that they are happy in the afterlife together.
