Strangely enough, I think there's a somewhat realistic touch to it. Considering these two were dating for multiple years, I would say there's also a deep friendship between them - cheating or not (as bad as it is, of course), it's quite possible for them to stay friends despite that.

ahhh anyway, i somehow really likes the part where hazuki protected naoto in the storeroom. he was like a feral animal who lost his mind but his instinct told him to protect his omega, rather than bred his omega. it means more to me as he had no control over himself at all, but his animal instinct still protects his omega. it somehow shows that assholes who raped omegas were not "couldnt be helped" but rather using that to justify their disgusting act.
