It takes place right after World War Two and the uke hasn't heard from the seme since the war ends, but then the seme returns and he is an actor.

In the manga there were three friends, it was set in a rural area and 2 friends were childhood friends, the 3rd was a firend they made in highschool, the 2 childhood friends liked the 3rd friend. the 3rd friend died when he drowned in highschool and the bulk of he story is set like 10 years later when the 2 childhood friend s reunite
