BL just means romance that features gay relationships, with or without explicit scenes…
the english created definition of yaoi isn’t canonical to japanese definition. yaoi doesn’t mean more explicit BL it’s just another term for BL. as i’ve said BL is a genre that encapsulates all manga with gay relationships as the central focus .
But as i have seen shounen ai does not have explicit scenes as yaoi does
Can you recommend me some stories similar to Doku Wo Kurawaba Sara Made/ If You Devour Poison, where the villains actually decide to act like a villain and extract revenge to the "heroes". The story above seemed so promising and I really liked the way it started, however on the path to revenge the story kind of went down and it just made no sense. ┐(´ー｀)┌
