that is actually so unhealthy wtf. when someone's lover dies, they are allowed to fin new happiness whether that be with a new lover, or doing something they love. he shouldn't have to be bound to yuuki for the rest of his life, and you could see that yuuki also felt that way in the end, which is why he said goodbye and left.
