If you don’t like it, don’t read it. It’s as simple as that. It’s cliche, but some people like the tried and true BL method. Manga is a disassociation from reality, and we all know that rape is bad in the real word, so could we please stop with this endless cycle of anti-rape comments.
I honestly don't think it's bad. Like, idk why people can't write a story without it? Because it would give a story a whole different other vibe if it wasn't that way. Kinda sucks that so many are that way. To the point I thought it was normal, "like ya, that happens" and idk... i'm just saying I have no issues with people wanting different.
God, this art style is almost a intolerable as this plot. This has to be an old series or else I don’t think that the publishers would have green lit it because of it clicheness.

I think Shueisha mismarked this series. It's far more suited for Ultra Jump (seinen) than Weekly Shonen Jump (shonen).
Rather than love or hate Yule, I find him an interesting specimen. He doesn’t process things like an average person, and his reactions are always amusing (in one way or another).
He was/is definitely an interesting character to psychoanalyse. Too bad he’s a 2D character so his brain could not be imaged via fMRI to see the various cortical activity within specific brain regions and... eh, Yule was fun to have discussions about. (▰˘◡˘▰)
If only fictional characters could get MRIs, there would be so many parts of the brain that would be lighting up when they shouldn’t ☆*:.｡. o(≧▽≦)o .｡.:*☆. So many mental illnesses and therapy sessions. The best lab rats (๑╹ω╹๑ )
Is it just me or does anyone else think she’s not as perfect as Sangwoo always imagines her to be. I mean sure, she pretty while looking kinda like Bum, but there is something really off about her (and not just the abused wife part obviously). Sangwoo’s father was always depicted as having a beer belly and in shabby clothes, but in this chapter he looks like an average company worker. Is it just a slip up because of the new season, or is it a cognitive break from reality?
I thought I was mistaken, I remember him being ugly and alcoholic. BUT here he looks a lot like sangwoo and he looks like the kind of workaholic dad who likes everything to be perfect. He was abusing her while sober ... and let's not forget sangwoo is living a good life without working, so his dad must've been a ceo of some company or sth like that ... not the alcoholic that we've seen in the first season
In the first season they were sitting at the little table thing on the ground, and it looked around the age of Sangwoo in both of the flashbacks. So either the man gained A LOT of weight in a short amount of time, or one or more characters aren’t remembering things correctly. The father in this chapter is the esthetic definition of a perfect husband and father, and it might be an imagined version of him. Also, the parents could have money from the grandparents (since Sangwoo’s grandparents I assume are dead because they didn’t get custody of him after the murders).
i feel like this could be a legit flashback and not one of Sangwoo’s i feel like in this chapter it’s really how he’s supposed to be, but because Sangwoo was so little during most of the time (beating) he always saw him in a disgusting manner which made him picture his father as a disgusting looking man. Because he didn’t like him
sangwoo's parents died when he was in high school ... which was 3 years ago ... he did military (which is 2 years) so they probably died short before his graduation ... means 18? ... does he need custody at 18? I always wondered where did sangwoo get all that money, he's pretty spoiled ... he got a nice car ... always got gaz ... he's studying ... wears nice clothing ... could it be the insurance? but yeah you pointed out a nice topic ... where's sangwoo's family ... but didn't he say at one chapter that his family isn't in this town ...
so this just accured to me ... maybe Sangwoo is telling bum's about this story, so we got bum's version ... and bum's imagining the father like this ... it would make sense that we can't see the mother's feature all along till the end in which she looks a lot like bum ... probably sangwoo told him that his mother looked like him, so bum's picturing himself as a mom ... also all along the mother is wearing the same outfit ... while sangwoo was wearing and looking different ...
I can’t wait for this to go on hiatus every two chapters as well

There's a whole team working on this, while Berserk is a solo project by Kentaro Miura. I doubt it will go on an endless hiatus like Berserk
