☆ get lots of sleep ☆ for workout, remember you can’t spot reduce fat so diet is where most of the work is going to come from. you should try doing cardio. search like 10,15,20 min cardio on yt. ☆ cold showers ☆ don’t restrict food!!! maybe try a guasha for your face?
