This was really good in the beginning but in recent chapters the pace doesn’t make any sense, like there’s no depth to the events that occur no deep emotions no redemption arcs, drama just for the sake of drama like?! Dropped.

Matthew finally dropped the good boy act and went to save jin (who’s been kidnapped by brandon and by then almost drugged again) and beat the fuck out of the old hag. They stood against Brandon together and Jin confirmed to brandon that he’s nothing to him and that everything he’s ever done as a gangster/ Brandon’s underdog was for Matthew. Its unclear so far if Brandon is dead BUT the relationship between the MC is definitely going to get better based on Jin’s actions and reactions to what Matthew is doing.
