okay from what i understand azumi (bob hair) lost her sister in a tragic house fire possibly while out on an adventure. her and the other lady were raised together as childhood friends. (not sure why shes called nee san tho, seeing as shes younger). Azumi is travelling to visit the places her sister and her once went and is reminiscing to rewrite over their memories together. at the end she decides to move forward with kuzumi to write new stories. shes able to do all this bc the lady got a sizeable inheritance from her family and seems kinda lonely now (like shes !oruning her sister in her own way taking care of a kid [dont know if its hers] and an inn)
meanwhile kuzumi (black hair) is running away bc she feels overwhelmed by her little sisters shadow? she was possibly an idol and around the same age thats why all of her school memories are filled with her. then when she graduates she decides to not let her sisters shadow haunt her forever and says we'll meet again someday as changed people.

From what I observed, the teacher wants to come off as “ a good teacher that all the students love” but in reality he doesn’t like dealing with the actual work of taking care of students. If some of his students don’t get along or cause problems/commotions his reputation would take a hit and he could get in trouble by other teachers, parents. and the principal for not taking care of his student properly. That’s why it was beneficial for him that Inusami did not want to tell her parents she got hit. (The audacity of the teacher to ask if “anything was wrong that caused her to break the class photo” was so irritating bc she literally just showed him why :/)
