According to the recent flashback, she "died" at least over 100 years old.
And since it seems she only had the recent memory show up just a few chapter ago, she does not have complete memories of her "past"
After all, she is still debating whether the story of her "past life" is actually real or not. I imagine it to be a young child get read a story of "her" 100 years life. She'll have at least grown a little than her age, but I would imagine she would still be childish since her physical and brain development is still that of a 10 year old....a 6 year old looking 10 year old since she was abuse to look younger.
