Neither of them are helping the situation at. All. Office dude won't let mc breathe, he's demanding an answer even though mc said he needed TIME..I honestly feel like patience doesn't exist for this guy. He does have a point in the ex coming into what's not his business though, like he needs to pick a side. He threw away the mc and now he's acting like he's gonna take him back.. I hope the mc doesn't have to apologize for anything, none of this is his fault.
Was that scene where Horus raped Seth canon? I can't remember, and if it was was Horus possesed by Osiris or that lion lady, or did he do it in his right mind? Sorryyyy this has probably been discussed before but I'm still not sure-
He was possessed, but not by Osiris. It was by the mirror and with to the lion lady's intervention (she had planned to use Horus in order to "punish" Seth). Osiris only appeared there in Seth's imagination, as Seth was remembering the one past event he had lived with Osiris that was sort of similar (and if you've read the whole story, you know what that was).
She didn't say she hadn't done anything, it was the opposite. The lion lady's REAL POINT was: that willing or not, Horus had still raped Seth, and Neftys had still deceived her husband for centuries. In chapter 37 she was just playing with Horus when she asked him if he wanted her to say the mirror had caused both him and Neftys to act out of character, just to calm his guilt, and THEN she said even if that was the case, it didn't change anything. So that was her point: that willing or not, both Horus and Neftys had hurt Seth.
She was being sarcastic, lol. She was just playing with Horus for the kicks and never gave him (or us) any single clear answer about anything... The story hasn't revealed what's up with the two Nefty's yet so we'll have to wait for that, I guess, but I do think it's pretty safe to assume that the Horus that came out of the mirror is the real one, because if he wasn't then all the development of his relationship with Seth would be fake, which makes no sense since that development is what is making Horus and Seth's romantic an actual possibility, and we already know that Horus x Seth is endgame.
Yep, she did something and used the mirror (that Hathor had given to Horus) to achieve it, because if you look at that scene in chapter 30, where the mirror starts reacting and controlling Horus, you see the back of the mirror with the portrait of the two goddesses, Sekhmet (lion lady) and Hathor, and the Sekhmet image suddenly opens her eyes and smiles nastily, while Sekhmet thinks "Seth don't to blame her too much for avenging my lost arm in this way", etc. At the end of the same chapter (chapter 30) we see Horus' eyes have become strange (with slit pupils) and right next, the Sekhmet portrait again, smiling nastily. So, it was obvious Horus was taken over by something, and that Sekhmet had something to do with it, there, even if we don't know exacty "how".
Just this once, I am happy to see him. I feel like I'm gonna regret saying that.
So he was either poor and turned extremely violent probably about feedback, or he was a rich and his parents kind of neglected him or his mom was super creepily close to him and let him buy (or if it was the close mom) said you can have anything you want. And his childhood trauma sociopathic brain took it literally
