ML has that ''she's a princess and I'm an ogre'' mentality but it's even worse here because instead of loving her from afar and trying to make her happy, he actively ignores and glares at her when he knows that her condition isn't great. He knows that the maids treat her like trash and her brother is messing with her but he can't even act like he cares. Remember that one scene where MC comes begging to talk with him with blood on her hands crying? and he glares and shouts at her? that's all you need to know. MC can't be bothered to call out ML's behaviour and that's why it took 50ish chapters for him to realize she was slowly dying with no one on her side. MC wants to get pregnant but this asshole won't tell her that he's infertile then belitles and shouts at her when she get's pregnant? and when she's not he dodges blame and uses shitty excuses? Yeah that's a miss for me. I can't believe that the mangaka is trying to make MC fall in love with ML because bullshit. Even if he begs and apolgizes I won't like him, it's too late to be apologizing when she tried to kill herself three times and you didn't even take her problems seriously. Also, literally no one gets punished, ML's family who:beat, belittled and locked MC in a closet, make her take pills that make her infertile, make her take pills that make her think she's pregnant so ML will get suspicious of her, destroyed her reputation and didn't let her have ML's presents never got punished. Even after ML learning everything he just cut their income which isn't even a real punishment. After almost 80 chapters ML still hasn't learned his lesson. He knows better than anyone how much MC suffered from his family and this cunt has the audacity to tell her she's trying to defame them? MC as usual is the first to apologize like always while ML sits in a corner blaming everyone but himself. As a ''woman empowering manga'' it only gives the message ''SHUT HE FUCK UP WOMAN, STRIP AND WAIT FOR ME AT THE BED WHILE I DO THE TALKING''
