Man do I have a lot to say about this manga.

So first of all, the ending felt so rushed? like?? It was established that MC has a mental illness and needs professional help but it magically gets cured just because ML started treating him nicely again??

and yeah the art change is obvious. At the start, Sasya was beautiful but he still looked like a man, at the end he turned into a feminine shalala princess with huge eyes. It started to look like that Deviantart Dorito chin ship base art.

ML's actions literally did not matter in the slighest. ''I lost Sasya for good'' ''I want to see Karel one last time'' apparently not? there isn't even a single panel where they sit down and talk about what happened or explain anything, just like Sasya's mental illness it just got swept under the rug.

George with his hair down is the hottest man alive

Every time MC went into hysterics, every time a misunderstanding started, it was set like it was gonna be a huge hoopla but every time I got invested, the misunderstandings were solved with a single speech bubble that didn't matter at all.

''Uh oh! George thinks Sasya is married and Karel seems mad!! I wonder what- oh that's it? that's solved and never mentioned again? oh.. oh no! Sasya is having a breakdown again! it seems very serious and might- oh he's fine? oh okay...Oh no Sasya got- oh that's solved too? oh okay'' -Me every time a big confrontation is set up.

What I hated about the story is Sasya is the only one who got punished and humiliated trought the entire story and it feels super unfair. Sasya was a poor beggar who didn't have anyone to depend on and when Karel offered him help, Sasya couldn't trust him because obviously.

Yes they were happy together but it didn't mean Sasya's mental ilness was cured. He attempted twice and it got swept under the rug and never mentioned again? the story is centered around Sasya leaving Karel like he's a heartless monster but he's not?

He was a mentally ill traumatized victim who spiraled every time Karel left house for work, what would become of him if Karel left for 4 years? 25 if not for the war. Instead of going insane or attempting a third time, he decided to pursue his abandoned dreams and wait for Karel that way.

Trought the entire story, Karel is pushed up like a tragic hero and Sasya as a heartless monster who abandoned his lover but he's not? he's mentally ill and chose to chase his dreams while waiting for his lover to return but the story insists that Sasya is the only one who's wrong and needs to beg and cry and bleed and shit and puke and die like???

Yeah the story is about Sasya learning sacrifice and trust but are we supposed to ignore his trauma?

I thought that at the end, when Karel learned everything, he was gonna be super regretful for treating Sasya so horribly even for revenge but no, at the least he looks mildly uncomfortable like he stepped on water with socks and at worst, he sheds a single tear which is supposed to be on the same level as Sasya's mental breakdowns which feels biased.

Yeah ML almost died in the war ''because of Sasya'' but Sasya didn't invite the robber to come rape him, and he didn't murder the robber because he liked stabbing people. What was he supposed to do? find the perfect middle ground and stab him just enough to incapacitate him? in that mental state?

One of them was bound to go to prison and ML volunteered in his place yes, but at the start of the story Sasya made it clear that the only thing he could bring to the table was his love and ML seemed okay with it. Why is Sasya treated like a horrible villain for wanting be an adult who can work and support himself.
