The only website that I'm aware of other than mangago is yaoimangaonline.
It's not as good as mangago ( because it also has 18+ ads on it and stuff etc. ) but it has all kinds of mangas/webtoons and more.
And it only has yaoi/bara content on it so if you also want a site that has more than just that then I'm not too sure
myreadingmanga isnt so bad but it has a lot of gay porn ads so that’s a heads up- it doesn’t have everything but i think it has a good amount
