    Yo chill out, who said one crime was lesser than the next- law aside, they're both serious to the victim, I even stated that what did happen to Hulin sucks.

    I assure you I am "chill". I agree that I doubt things get much further than they have already. You may want to read your comment again as well. The only thing missing was "That's (only) sexual assault. I mean penetration." Penetration, no penetration, being passed out and not being able to say no or being conscious and saying no it's just down, as you pointed out, to a legal distinction.

    Nothing was "missing" from my sentence. I said what I meant, "That's (that is) sexual assault." I get it, things can get misconstrued in messages and such.
