"Love Tractor" follows a slightly similar concept! There isn't as much smut in it (everything's more implied) but rest assured the bottom is the beefy one :)
Another one that's not necessarily farming but I quite like it (it's shounen ai) is "Love Interest Zone", it's a bit of a slower one but god is it worth it.
