no, i just get sudden bursts of motivation to exercise. honestly, as long as your BMI is in the 'acceptable' range you're healthy and that matters the most!! you can watch workout vids on youtube daily to lose weight though.

I just want to go back to the weight I was for most of my life but it's my first time trying to lose weight and THIS IS DIFFICULT. haaaaaaaaaa (big sigh). anyways, thanks for the advice. i'll try some workout vids
