I think they do. But I think later on Freya has a talk with Ruby and isn't that remorseful. I think it stated she said she isn't gonna apologize and ruby smashes her face into a cake and they fight a bit bc ruby is fed up with Freya's shit. Idk if she said this but I vaguely remember her saying something like "Just die of diabetes you bitch!" when smashing her face into the cake.
