You know, if some of you guys don’t like toxic bls you can stop reading. Why do you read a story where it’s explicit from the get go, that story will not sweet sugary ride to happy ending and main characters are not paragon of moral behaviour.
You can stop reading it. If it triggers you the bad way, stop reading. If it upsets you, stop reading. None are being forced to read here.
First of all we are reading the story for free without contributing monetarily anything to the creators’ hardwork. So can we really stop with these pearl clutching comments every new chapter.
We know JJK is a shitty person and his redemption is not happening any time soon. We also know Kim Dan loves him and is heartbroken, people are not simple especially in a genre called BL, where everything is exaggerated for the dramatic narrative.
Bring back the practice of, “DON’T LIKE IT DON’T READ IT.”

This a toxic bl. Complaining about the author using the same tropes she used in her previous work and then constantly saying how can people justify it?
No one is justifying this behaviour, it’s a story.
You are allowed to hate the characters for their shitty behaviour and actions. But acting like we didn’t know these will happen is weird . Did we as readers not know the characters were shitty?
Yes its frustrating to see no progress and story looping back to square one, we don’t need multiple comments with pearl clutching attitude.
And I scrolled the comments the same way you did. I was looking for fellow readers reactions, I didn’t reply to anyone, I wrote my own comment like others did reminding them that if something is upsetting you badly and your personal codes, you don’t need to read it. Its okay to step away, there are 1000s of BLs where redemption arcs are done beautifully.
How is this hypocrisy? Only people who are angry allowed to comment and I as a reader who enjoys the story can’t comment my thoughts?

The practice of "DON'T LIKE IT, DONT READ IT" is such a dumb take cuz it doesn't mean that you can't comment on your opinion about it LMFAOOOO comments who don't sugarcoat or are brutally honest literally help other readers who just found this to decide if they want to go through this or nah. OR, they can be prepared of what's this manhwa is about- like me!
I came fully prepared that this is gonna be a toxic journey, and low-key expected it coming from this author. I can tell readers with the mindset of this r very sensitive or narrow-minded. Most "hateful" comments I've seen are valid, it's literally just stating how shtty the ml is. Ik damn well y'all won't survive a day when your gonna be an artist, cuz criticisms is literally a thing you have to accept and be open about.

Anybody who is acting like they did not expect this is prolly new to bl(most likely young and naive) OR have not read from this author in particular. And yes, it is hypocrisy LOL u literally said "So can we really stop with these pearl clutching comments every new chapter." And "if you don't like it, stop reading it" Literally apply the same logic, if you don't like what your reading, then don't read it! I did not tell u not to comment PFFTT it's more so ppl love bringing this argument over and over again but then they come here in the comment section reading the "hateful" comments whenever a new chapter comes. Literally let it BE. It's actually good that they are there, this manhwa prolly gets a daily 1(or more, idk the statistics) new reader. At least they are aware with what's the problem with this manhwa! This is literally my issue with the whole "Don't read if u don't like!" When it all just means "Don't comment if u don't like it!" Cuz that's just bad. We literally need these kinds of comments, not everything has to be positive. Even with manhwas who is not toxic will still get a "hate" comment, common argument I see is "it's boring, cuz-" and that's that. They found it boring? Good job, that's their opinion.

Their comments might annoy you but I actually look forward for the hateful comments. It makes the whole reading experience so much more fun. So to be fair, the whole "don't like it, don't read it, don't comment anything about it" is actually really annoying. If you don't like their comments, then don't read them.

THIS. The era when mangago disabled the comment section was so bad cuz I didn't know what's to come ┗( T﹏T )┛ So I have to look it up and pray that it has a novel spoiler thread, or if it doesn't I ask any of my moots if they have read it.
I'm always grateful for whoever invented leaving feedbacks, they saved me a lot of stress and headaches lol

And as I said, if the story upsets “you” aka the reader so much as to comment so aggressively then you should step away.
The story has its tags and warnings in order. Yes reader reactions are valid to decide on whether you want to continue reading or get into a story or not.
As for calling Don’t Like It Don’t Read, dumb. For years almost every fandom had this a standard suggestion. Especially BL fandoms, many scanslator groups would put it on top of the story and before the beginning of every new chapter. It’s not to curtail anyone’s freedom of expression or opinion but to keep unnecessary hate away. Nothing brings people together than hate and dislike, especially these days.
Calling people with mindset of don’t like it don’t read narrow minded is baseless, if only brutal honesty is the sign of a free flowing mind, then that’s a lopsided pov as well.
Stories can hurt people and impact people differently, so if something is hurting or bothering you aka the reader so much in a story or there is something that doesn’t sit rightly with you, it’s okay to walk away. Come back when its complete.
Coming back to something that every ten days and feeling more and more agitated without a pay off is not helping. Hence I had commented about the constant barrage of “pearl clutching comments”. Yes commenting with brutal honesty will maybe soothe one’s angry mind for a few hours but it will not help until we reach the climax of the story.
And I stand by what I said.
As for the topic of criticism, we are on a pirate site. If author actually learns of the story being updated here one hour after actual release, she will take the whole website to court. She will not come here to read comments. And most readers are not artists we don’t need to survive hateful comments disguised as “criticism.” We can use being civil and express our opinions without sounding puritanical gits.

I never said they annoy me, I come to comment section to see what my fellow readers and friends felt like.
There are few commentators if you may have notched who have been commenting the same words; copy pasting to be precise the same words multiple times.
It seems the story has upset them a lot. Hence the reminder, we don’t have to read something we don’t like. Its a standard practice in all fandoms, when something is triggering you too much, why not take yourself away from the story for a while. Come back when you are less agitated.

I don’t mean to be disrespectful but who are you to tell them what to do ? I get that you’re trying to give them good advice but at the end of the day, they do what they want. Many of them are just reading it because they like to “hate-read” and who are you to tell them not to do it ? Especially if their comments aren’t bothering you. How would you know if they’re too triggered or too agitated? At what point do YOU decide if it’s too much for them and they should stop reading it ? And at what point do you know better than them how to approach and enjoy fiction ? What if they are agitated? The story is frustrating, of course people are agitated. It’s just people reacting to the story. And the story is particular, not sweet, nor cute so of course people are going to react that way and it’s super logical that so many people have the same reaction. Have you considered that it is what the author want ? To “agitate” the readers ?
![](https://pic1.mangapicgallery.com/r/avatar/48/u4016367_50x50.jpg?2)
Let me make it simple, you will only take those honest comments that criticize manhwas as "hate", when it's literally just their own OPINION and most of them are hard facts and valid, your just weak. And who tf are scanlation to decide what happens here in mangago?? Do they own this site?? And even if they DID, it just means they are so sensitive cuz they can't handle comments that criticize the manhwa(THAT THEY DONT EVEN OWN!!!)
Your whole argument is ridiculous, cuz at the end your still yapping about "don't comment your complain!!" Cuz you don't like those comments, AND yes, it does make you sensitive or even narrow-minded. And ofc, I was waiting for when you will bring up that this is a pirated site(as they always do LMFAO), again that argument is IRRELEVANT. Like I swear, you guys saw the first person who said "this is a pirated site!" and ran with it. This doesn't matter cuz literally, these comments are here to show the other readers and warn them. It literally HELPS readers, just cuz it's criticism, doesn't mean only the author can read it hello??? This argument can be applied to online products too, like for example when I click on a product then I see comments complaining, I will be the one to decided if I take a gamble and buy it despite the reviews, OR not buy it. THIS IS WHAT IM SAYINGGG... Everytime I see a manhwa updated, I go straight to the comment section to see what's up. If they are a lot of complaints, I don't read it yet. Sometimes I do cuz I'm so curious on what's happenings!
So yeah, giving criticism doesn't exclusively means you want the author to read it but also for those other readers to see the comment and decide what they want to do. And besides, the author prolly get the same comments but they don't bother with it, which kinda suqs cuz my only complaint is that it's the same formula with her previous work bj Alex.. I expected it, but I kinda hoped maybe this is different.

I love Idris, and has he not suffered enough? If death brings him peace, he should go ahead. I totally understand his reasoning. Dude has been raped, gang-raped, drugged, manipulated magically and psychologically to mass murder, saw his entire squad being abused, raped, killed and what not. LET HIM REST, EVEN IF IT MEANS DEATH!
They made so happy!
