i think it takes place in italy and is about sum mafia shit, where the half-bloods are looked down by the pure-bloods. and the pure-blood is divided by two, one is the "gentlemen" and the other is the "carefree" and each of them has a leader. and from what i've seen so far, yes he does become one of them.

since this is a place to learn etiquette, i think that old man teaches them how to respect the elders blablabla something like that shit. this place also has a caste, so the older you are the "stronger" you are.
like we've seen in ch 133, suchan and seo mihye were the only ones to get bullied (others might too but not as bad as them). that's because theyre the youngest.
also they "celebrate" the youngest's bday by slapping them in the face, and suchan contributed to it too. i think that triggered something inside of him and thus he became who he is now, the bully. they now have 2 targets (a boy and a girl) and again theyre both the youngest ones.
