and from what i've seen so far, yes he does become one of them.

since this is a place to learn etiquette, i think that old man teaches them how to respect the elders blablabla something like that shit. this place also has a caste, so the older you are the "stronger" you are.
like we've seen in ch 133, suchan and seo mihye were the only ones to get bullied (others might too but not as bad as them). that's because theyre the youngest.
also they "celebrate" the youngest's bday by slapping them in the face, and suchan contributed to it too. i think that triggered something inside of him and thus he became who he is now, the bully. they now have 2 targets (a boy and a girl) and again theyre both the youngest ones.

and i hate how suchan has the unsettlingly good kid image, i think old man favors him the most idk maybe thats cuz hes the oldest one rn. as for the kids who bullied both suchan and mihye, idk about them. but suchan said "i did get bullied by the weird kids in the past, but they (the weird kids) arent here anymore" to hyun. again, idk where they went, maybe they escaped, maybe they became the old man's servants, maybe they got killed idk man
