Kou is a rich guy with no real strong points other than being rich, and when he was in junior high he was pretty fat. He becomes friends with a guy named Chiaki, who he thought liked him but when he asked for his number he was rejected. Hurt, and fueled by a desire for revenge he gets fit and thin and ends up bumping into Chiaki in college and having sex with him. They begin an uneasy, undefined relationship but Chiaki still has a thing for chubby guys.
