I read somewhere the author planned from the very beginning to kill all the characters, so it is a possibility the question is not "if", but "when". I'm starting to feel anxious about the ending, I just want to know what happens, the story is now too complicated to enjoy. Everyone dies, there is no fun in that to me, just let it end.
This author does fucked up stories, if you are not into rape and such, it might be a good idea to not keep reading.
This artist has some epic storylines and unique characters though, if you are interested in reading something nonstereotypical and willing to try something more rough and intense, do stay for the ride.
The complex relationship between Ian and Jeremy makes it feel almost real. Everyone wants a typical story of a prince saving the princess but reality is never as easy and fairy like. Reality sucks, people take time to accept harsh situations, trust and love are incredibly delicate and complex and not as black and white as how most stories depict them.
This is just plain genius and imperfectly perfect. A beautiful tragic masterpiece. If you are interested in psychology do give this painfully emotional and realistic roallercoaster of a ride a try.
