This makes me ashamed as a fan and I hope it doesn't keep him from continuing this beautiful and wonderfully done series in the shonen department of manga.

Yeah, hopefully Horikoshi is surrounded by good real life friends and family and supporters and he steps off the internet cause it is madness.

Totally agree, in every fandom (expanded into every media) you have to distinguish fan from fanatics, and sadly the latter grows exponentially in the case of big stories, like BNHA.
Why? Because there’s no respect for other people’s opinions. Sure enough, the greater part of each fandom is not toxic, but negative/aggressive behaviours always tent to obscurate the good, collected, reasonable and communicative part.
It shouldn’t be that difficult: don’t like, don’t read. And if you have a problem, it has to be reasonably and constructively explained and discussed, not “because yes”.
That’s not how it works.
If you don’t like how’s a character develops in the story, you’re totally allowed to have an opinion about it, it’s okay, as long as it doesn’t get in any way harmful for other readers.
Nobody is forcing anyone to read if you don’t like it anymore.

It happened to be with Naruto. Well, Boruto, to be exact (even if Naruto’s last arcs were SO not making sense): I seriously don’t like it, nor the characters, nor the story, I think it’s completely incongruent with previous events, disrespects the old cast, creates plot holes in Naruto, and it’s making stuff and rules pop out of nowhere, just to keep the machine going.
I dropped it, but I’m not running around sending hate and vomiting insults to anyone who likes it.

The perfect story doesn’t exists, but that doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy the ride with a bunch of slides and stumbles along the way.

Also, there’s so much crap out there which is pure garbage juice, published and acclaimed, that makes BNHA a flipping masterpiece, if we’d have to make comparisons.

Like you both said, I hope Hori has a great working and human environment to support him till the end.

I agree, while i understand morinaga's feelings, for someone who was homophobic and who has always been tsundere, its not something easy to just say (tbh, i think i also wouldnt be able to do it like senpai) so these little achievements he has little by little is just perfect for someone like him. because, even if he acts the bad guy he has always been sweet guy deep inside. So i like how author is taking her time to slowly open him up

I've never been homophobic, but I do struggle to express verbally my emotions, its much easier to do it through actions to me but I don't have an issue with touching my partner, grabbing hands, kissing, which are clear "love" signs senpai struggles with, Mori would prolly not be as anxious if senpai did this.

I do understand Moris background, why he is so anxious having a previous suicidal partner, getting kicked out of his house, having a bad relationship with his family... I don't blame him, unfortunately that's a common background in the LGBT world. I know some friends who have been kicked out, it sucks :(

I relate Moris and senpais situation to my best friend. She is hypersexual, clingy, emotional and possessive while her girlfriend is not a tsundere per se but she is almost at the other side of the sexual spectrum which has been the root of 90% of their issues as a couple. There is nothing wrong with being hypersexual or below average sexually, the problem lies with the dynamic in the relationship and wether they both are willing to give in a little... I swear this manga is JUST THEIR LIFE ngl, my friend has suffered a lot and she is definitely masochistic, just like poor Mori.

I love this series, I know Mori can be VERY PUSHY but I don't see it as wrong in this particular story. The representation of one struggling to be patient and the other to be more expressive is wonderful to me and this is why this manga is one of the best at portraying real life couple struggles.

Thank you both for these comments and thoughts. I agree that I also enjoy how the author is taking her time to progress their relationship naturally for them. It's not rushed and that makes it seem real.

In regards to senpai sharing his feelings... I don't think it's necessary for him to be verbal about it, because it is now obviously showing through. However, I think to give Morinaga peace of mind, Souichi is gonna have to say it out loud eventually, at least once. I think hearing it will allow Mori to accept it as truth.

nope. saezuru tori wa habatakanai is kinkier because of all the sexual tension. The author tries to build up to the climax moment. So its like having blue balls and edging yourself until you finally relieve it.

I think so too. I loved both stories this is giving me the same feel. They both be kinky asf and the office sex, the gangs, the body guard all of it I’m here for.
