Here's the thing: as a couple, you should talk about this and define your boundaries beforehand. If he'd talked to his boyfriend and they'd agree fcking each other when one is asleep is ok, then it would be fine. But they never discussed it, so he doesn't have his boyfriend's consent, even if they're dating. Lots of people in real life get uncomfortable when their partner uses them while they're asleep because they never gave consent beforehand.

I don’t think he’s that at all. Sociopaths and psychopath are pleasure seekers because they lack empathy, they steer towards instant gratification. This includes being sex addicts in many cases.
