I get why everyone is confused and such, i wont lie i am a little too. However, i do understand what the Uke is doing. After, learning what happened he is pissed off and hurt. Obviously, he doesnt want to just forgive the Seme. He blames the Seme a little, so he cant offer a romantic relationship to him. He wants to distance their relationship.
But he needs the Seme for his close ties to his dad. Therefore, he decides a physical relationship will please the Seme enough for the Uke to get revenge.
No doubt he will realize it wasn't really the Uke's fault his dad died... So like this arrangement i doubt will last long.
I could be wrong though, considering most mangas like to make me want to through my phone across the room.
