Hey guys, it’s Piggy here. First I’d like to thank you guys for always putting up with my late uploads, but finally I’ve been hit by real life so much that I can’t keep up the weekly uploads anymore. Screenshotting primitively is the only way I know to cut and paste, and unfortunately I no longer have the time or energy for that.
The good news is, I think there are loads of people out there who do wanna share! A few times I’ve been late other people have posted, so you guys can count on them. But, if worst comes to worst and nobody does, I’d be happy to upload them all in one go when the manhwa ends (and there aren’t that many chapters left).
Anyhow, I just wanna thank y’all and especially some of you who’ve stuck up for me before in the comments, and I hope you guys get the better uploader you deserve.
Cheers all, and I hope to upload more stuff in the future when life isn’t so shit. Enjoy the manhwa!
honestly wish there was a season two. it needs one. i enjoyed their dynamic (and patiently waited out that long ass miscommunication) but i had high hopes for their breakup. it was four whole years—i really expected them to show a little character growth, instead of hopping right back into their old personalities where it was just push and pull.
enjoyable overall, i just wish there was character and relationship development between the two by the end.
the best types of mangas are the ones that teach you a lesson besides being beautiful ;_;
they were wonderful together... there were cliche plot points but there was nothing ordinary about this, from the illustration to the dialogue to the vibe... it was gold, it was sad and it was gorgeous at the same time
we’re all surrounded by people who have to be somewhere, do something, become someone
‘some people just... live’, you know?
i don’t like chang, the things he did were unforgivable, but i understand him. he’s the mirror of humble love: a prideful one.
i think a part of why some people like him and wish him a happy ending is because we recognize that we have that part of us too. the vicious, vindictive part that we don’t allow out into the world. his choices were awful, his victims do not ever have to forgive him, but i think as viewers, a part of us wish he, and us, are redeemable in some way. that we can still be forgiven.
unf i love them so much
when you live separately, the days are just ‘days when you can’t see him’ and when you do see him it’s a plus. but when you move in together with someone it’s two people belonging to the same space and if someone’s not there, the loneliness is a lot worse. then it’s a minus. i completely understand the wariness. before it might be cute to hear that they miss you and whatnot, but you can’t say it everyday when you move in together cus it’ll turn into nagging. it’s so so difficult.
but i wish them all the best, and i hope they stay strong!
imo the best way to read this manga is read it like a fantasy. i really really like this manga but i read it with the same amount of seriousness as those robot lover mangas.
as someone with a relevant background, i appreciate the translator notes that are there in case some people really do go in expecting a realistic depiction. i noticed some people not liking it and i understand, i don’t read them myself, but do make sure you are aware of what you are consuming when you are consuming it. this manga definitely romanticizes and fetishizes mental disorders, so if you take it too seriously it can be a really awful concept. that’s why, don’t treat it as a mental disorder—even go ahead and forget the name of it entirely, just pretend that this is a fiction trope and that it’s just here for entertainment. dont let it affect the entertainment value, but also don’t let it affect what you really believe in real life.
p.s. and if this manga makes you interested in DID and mental disorders, that’s great! but then go to reputable medical websites and journals for information, and leave this manga behind when learning.
