Yes little mo & He tian have taken over the more recent chapters but both couples have similar lengths!
Jian & xixi haven’t been progressing as much as mo &he which yes I wish they progressed more buuuutttt both couples are very different and I personally love them both
(Also it may seem like there’s only been little mo &he tian candy but that’s bc the updates are pretty slow and the chapters are short, but I was rereading this and you can see they’re both pretty fairly represented!)
^^ALSO the story issss romance BUT it’s mainly about friendship between the four boys!
I really wish they talk more about where he tian went and what happened with jian yi and his family but for now I’m enjoying my little snippets of their daily life…
I hope we have more friendship moments soon! Maybe even a DOUBLE "DATE"ヾ(☆▽☆)
I feel both couples are in the same place right now, but Jian and Xixi have known each other longer, funnily enough I feel those two are emotionally closer, they feel like an old married couple by now while Mo and Tian is mutual but just "got officially together". I like both, but is true I do like couples like Tian and Mo more.

The mom seemed to get scared when they made eye contact and he’s the only one we haven’t really talked about (i do believe he featured in a previous chapter but I forget)
Anyways he doesn’t seem at all scared of the dad and doesn’t care for Damien idk he seems fishy to me, but again I may be reaching
