it's basically all of his story, how the fl dad had a prep camp where kids would off each other and only the best could survive, then those who survived would go to fl dad manor for a dinner and then during free time in garden ml heard fl playing the piano (tune he had in music box when he was little), ml at first couldnt concentrate on his training bcs of this and he started obsessing over girls and then he decided to do everything he can (achieve #1spot) to be able to at least to listen to her play (as he was aware that their difference in background would make their chances to be together slight)
