Just reread the story cuz his back story is all that’s been updating and i was starting to understand him which ugh but scratch that nothing could ever make me like u Heinrich! I hope he spends years crying over it before the plot brings them back and that the chasing arc is long and painful amen!

it's basically all of his story, how the fl dad had a prep camp where kids would off each other and only the best could survive, then those who survived would go to fl dad manor for a dinner and then during free time in garden ml heard fl playing the piano (tune he had in music box when he was little), ml at first couldnt concentrate on his training bcs of this and he started obsessing over girls and then he decided to do everything he can (achieve #1spot) to be able to at least to listen to her play (as he was aware that their difference in background would make their chances to be together slight)
