Don't worry, everything works out! Eunsung is working behind the scenes to destroy the psycho and Jaehyun is slowly coming across the truth. It all turns out fine in the end, but I feel bad for Jaehyun because the Jungwoo he treasured as his best friend never existed in the first place because it was all a massive shit of lies.

Well, I think this needs a supernatural tag. Kageyama was abducted by a woman all this time. His spirit possessed Naoto sometimes and appeared in Hiura's dreams. Those were mutual dreams though. This is my take on things, but still doesn't explain the whole plot.
