Ok so apparently eddie didn’t kill MC, it was the duke who was “blamed” for it. Eddie actually has this rlly weird obsession with MC and rapes anybody who looks like him…

In the novel he almost immediately realizes MC is leo or wtv, and then tries to rape him after confessing hes loved and lusted him from the very start.

He also kills his own sons so that MC can become the king of strauss again without any interference. The novel ends with him dying from a sickenss or smth and MC becomes king of his home country

No I feel the same primarily because there are times when he shows that he can’t actually be a kind and protective person at least when it comes to our cute little doc. He honestly just seems like an angsty teen who doesn’t know how to express his feelings and just hides it behind his HUGE douchebagness. I think these two could be really cute together once the tool figures that out ┑(￣Д ￣)┍

Falling for toxic people is not healthy, both mentally and physically.
Dan doesn't deserve to be treated like that so they can live their life separate from each other. I hope you guys at least doesn't want them back together just because you feel bad for the abuser.
His shoulder hurts because he ignored countless advices, Dan left because he was treated like trash. Tbh I don't think he suffered at all the past 2 chapters.

I most definitely don't want them back together, Dan was mature enough to leave but I'm pretty sure they are gonna get back together after author gives a shitty back story of ML that's gonna make us sympathize with him(Like now)

Also I don't think Dan left because he was treated like trash, sadly the poor thing was used to it by this point (I mean he was followed and beaten many times by loan sharks). I think he really left because he felt that he failed at doing what he was meant to do, which was to help the douchebag. And honestly after hearing his reasoning as to why the tool acted the way he did, it kinda made some sense. I think that while he is toxic, he is not beyond redemption as some people are making him out to be. They both clearly had shitty upbringings and both broke but in opposite ways (one becoming weak and passive, the other becoming fairly violent). But I do think that they can work so long as they REALLY express their feelings. He is a jerk but I believe he can become a better person who can show love but it will not be easy. I just hope the angsty drama doesn't get dragged out for too long and we can see actual healing for both of them not only apart but together as well since that is where this story is heading, else it would have be a massive waste of time like Check You Out and A Secret Romance Between Us are currently.

I kinda forgot that Dan was low key developing Stockholm syndrome and left because "...you don't belive me?! *sobs*"
But I feel like you're hoping for too much, I don't think we're heading there at all regarding communication, I can't recall them having an actual conversation between people of equal, Jae had always been looking down at Dan and vice versa.
Unlike you, I hope Jae suffers for at least 50 chapters, absolute minimum (wait, am I actually the one asking for too much?)
But what is this reasoning you speak of for Jae being a douche? I can't recall, there was a flashback of him loosing to that dude or something.
