Neither the Korean raws or the English translation is on lezhin. There is currently no official English translation. The raws are published on bomtoon.

So lets say the old guy is doing the attacking, ukno he wouldn't look too suspicious with a cane (unless that was a pole ) but he can't possibly be alone because how would he carry these young women... then there's the young guy who works at the coffee shop, what's his part in this, thou he did point out his boss's strange behavior. It also could be him especially if that was a pole used to attack that woman. He's also fit enough to carry or drag a young women or teen away...
And the teacher OMG what right does he have to act like Hana's teacher now he manipulated them all through high school. Especially hana since she had no idea. He was an adult and a teacher at that and claims to be in love with shinjiyeon, idk why but it feels like Shin was probably being threatened and the way she was treating hana in the end was an obvious way to show ppl whomever might of been watching that she didn't care about hana. U kno the usual, push someone u care about away to protect them from being hurt or put in danger. There was definitely a major turning point in Shin's situation before the argument became she was probably gonna confess are reach out for help, but when being attacked especially by someone who you trusted one might go on the defense and thats whats she did. Hana did two things wrong as a friend, 1 she listen to everyone around her- telling herself that Shin wasn't a certain way but still jumped to conclusions and blamed Shin. An 2nd she didn't take the time out to listen to her.
What happened to "Bros(sisters/friends)before hoes" regardless of the situation all she cared about at the time was the teacher. She never listened to shin explain herself because she didn't want to.
And that scumbag of a teacher... he was the one with feelings and followed shin around, even up until present time after high school. In all honesty I think Shin hated him in high school, these girls were best friends and to add on to the list of rumors this one involving him just had to be something that would ruin they're relationship...
I don't know.... i'm rambling... i just kno that this teachers existence is ridiculously teo faced claims to be one thing but acts like another.

In the ch 8 it was said that they met back in the kid's world and that he might not remember but ive read ahead and once the dragon dies, the kid returns to his world
Then he meets the version of the dragon in his world.... so is that it... does he not go back like wth is going was the beginning just a prelude to his relationship with this guy in his own world...

Well, I'm not 100% sure where this plot is going, but it may be that dojin was sent to the past. Therefore, the events unfolding now are part of the memory he had forgotten when he first meets the yellow dragon in early chapters. But this is only my theory :D
The current dragon look-alike has absolutely no memory of the other world, and some of the supporting characters are parallel to the spirits of the other world (granny = mouse spirit, pet pig = pig spirit). Dojin seems to be the only person to remember everything.
But then again, this is only the beginning. Based on what I've currently read for Blood Link, this author likes to go back and forth with dark-hearted and light-hearted storylines. I think that Tale of Yellow Dragon is going to drag out the angst for a bit longer, but hey, what do I know?
So, all we can do now is sit back and wait for the newest chapters to be released :D
