I feel like it's harder to find good yuri stories than good yaoi. So it's hard to compare. I read yaoi as normal (far from my bed) stories, but yuri feels more 'real' because yeah, I'm a girl who likes girls myself. So yuri gets me more emotional lol. But yaoi stories are often better.
