From what I understand Scott was previously seeing Martin (he is the tall, dark alpha with his bangs covering his eyes) but scott thought he was a bad influence on him because martin is surrounded by drugs and parties. So he breaks it off with Martin and is now trying to get with the new guy (he is the guy you see in Ch. 22)
