Nah, you're right on the money with that. Yuusuke's been through quite a bit and he's put Maki through quite a bit because of it. If he gets with Maki rn as he is, he's subconsciously gonna try get replace Haruki with Maki and she's gonna become the same unhealthy obsession Haruki was for him. Dude needs to do some self reflection and just in general take some time for himself to heal and then later pursue Maki. We probably won't get all that tho lol. Probably just a time-skip
