I can roughly guess the plot, so MC probably mistook the twins and it was in fact the one who saved him was the ML (who doesn't wear glasses). And with a lot of drama. MC and ML will become a couple. Either that or the glasses twin also somehow gonna get involved with MC and become a threesome story.
