It isn't China it's the Chinese government, and they suppress LGBTQ media because of homophobia. It is okay to criticize that.
I wasn't complaining about it not having any sex scenes. But rather how the Chinese government surprised and oppressed the LGBTQIA+ communities.

The premise and setting were interesting..... I don't know but it definitely missing something. Maybe it is its phase. Everything happened so quickly. Like Seme fell in love with Uke just like that because he slept with him once? And both of them felt very one-dimensional to me. They don't have any depth. And the drama was also not that interesting. Like that guy tried to rape him and surely there is no consciousness and he even got a lover in the end. This is full of yaoi cliché and not even in a good way.
