I have 3 ships that I love:
LevixEren (I don't mind when is ErenxLevi,but I have a slight preference for Rivaere);
VictorxYuuri/ YuurixVictor (for me,they are a reversible couple,so what it comes,is a plus);
And the last,MakotoxHaru (I don't know why,but I like Makoto as seme and Haru as uke.And yes!,I know it's crazy,but I can't explain).
