The evil male MC is hot, but the female MC is so naive, dumb and weak, it´s so annoying.
It reminds me of the works from Shinjo Mayu. There are also hot evil guys (who all look the same) and dumb, weak, innocent girls.

I've only read a few chapters from this manga, and yes, the girls are horrible doing these things without consent. But I've seen much worse things.
So the girls are doing a bit torture and the readers reactions are like "Those f**** bitches should just die!".
On the other hand, I've read many rape yaoi. And the readers reactions are like "Oh my, I know you love him, but you shouldn't do this~"
