Look, I love this story. But the most recent chapters are making me tear my hair out. The royal family has expressed multiple times that they like the ML and respect him. However now that he wants to marry the FL, a GROWN WOMAN WHO CAN MAKE HER OWN CHOICES, they are all like “hE’s TErRiBlE and mAniPulAtIvE”. I can understand protect family members and FL has been apart from the family basically her whole life. This next part is mainly the directed at the grandfather, but he’s so protective of Judith that he’s willing to MARRY OFF HIS OTHER GRANDDAUGHTER? Not to mention that Luca mentions that he and Charlotte and fifth cousins. I don’t understand this man at all and I don’t want to. It was funny at first, but now it’s straight madness. FL is a grown woman who has fallen in love with ML over 80 chapters, they have discussed marriage in private, and now plan to make it official. Her grandfather has no right to claim that FL is “naive” and to claim the ML “shoved the ring on her finger”. I’m going to see this through but I wanted to vent my grievances.
