    I think it may be because some of the uploaders are bot, and if they scan that a certain chapter from a manhwa/manga that's designated to them is not updated like those fast-bad-translations-site they would automatically put the chapter in idk its just my guess hshffb, or maybe as a way for other uploaders to stop putting the bad translation just for the sake of updating it
