The story had a lot of potential. But, truly the last 3 chapters were obviously an afterthought. I guess we should assume the author lost interest in the story. It's unfortunate that it happened the way it did. There are many good stories that leave us readers with unsatisfied feelings, but usually it's because we're just greedy not because the story ended abruptly with no explanation of aforementioned characters or events... This ending left so many plot holes and ruined the story. Nonsatisfaction isn't exactly what I'm feeling, rather utter disappointment. I hate plot holes more than bad plots. I don't think I could speak highly of this story if I decide to make a proper review/recommendation on Amino or anywhere/else for that matter. Which probably wouldn't happen. This is like a bad read I just want to completely erase from my memories. Ijs~
Yeah I get rape is distasteful. But, I don't see why people are making this a bigger issue than it actually is. The author can do whatever the fuck they want with their story. If they feel like they needed to add that scene for a plot twist, angst, or whatever well yeah they have a reason for it. It's weird and delusional to think that it's being romancized at all. I mean, I read it, though I knew it was coming (saw the raws), but it never crossed my mind that it had ANY romance to it. Why the hell is that even crossing your mind? Isn't it weird asf that'sthe first thing you want to "complain" about? What about this scene is the so called "romancized"?
I personally think Suha is stupid for even going there in the first place. He should've seen it coming given their history. He knew that Do-yeaok was a piece of shit, and should've known the man is cunning and would've set a trap. Then again, usually logic is not a common thing in fiction, especially in yaoi. I've accepted that fact. Ranting and complaing won't change the fact that this story will continue as the author meant it. Whether you like it or not, is your problem and no one is forcing you to read it. Drop it and move on, it's fucking fiction. Nothing more, nothing less.
Not a popular opinion but, It’s just a story...A.Fictional.Story.... can we just leave it at that? It’s not based on a REAL story, or real life anything... Like someone said before, can we just appreciate the authors’s art and the plot for what it is? A fictional story. I just feel like the authors talent is being overshadowed by overdramatic Stockholm syndrome comments...ijs~

Yeah, I was so ,excited after waiting for so long for the new season. Only to have it ruined by these comments. I just don’t get why people go out of their way trying so hard to apply real life logic or whatever they feel the need to preach on a freaking fictional story. Moreover, none of this matter nor will it change the story. i just feel it’s pointless...if the story isn’t to their liking I don’t see why they can’t just drop it. No one is forcing them to read anything on here...

I think there’s a bit of leeway to sharing an honest critique of the work based on one’s personal opinion and particular experiences, as long as it can be accepted that it’s alright for everyone else to enjoy the story for its fictional value
In other words, anyone can say they dislike the story and why, but they don’t have a right to bash any fans down for liking it . As readers we can discuss openly the plot, characters and the author’s intention in subtext, but to do so we should keep an open mind,avoid assumptions and respect each other and consider all factors involved.
So let people enjoy whatever they find enjoyable about this manga! ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Exactly. They worked so hard to make the story and art only to have it ruined ungrateful, personal comments that's a bit irrelevant. If fictional rape/abuse triggers you then don't read story with fictional rape/abuse. Especially yaoi. 99.99% of this genre is rape, abuse (not that I'm saying it's okay) but it's unrealistic to apply logic to yaoi. Fiction/Yaoi/bl doesn't have real life applications and we just need to separate personal feelings from these stories, otherwise we'll go crazy lol
