I looked at the raws ages ago and couldn't read the Korean properly (used Google translate), so this is my best guess from memory. The flow may not be 100%.
I think Louis passes out. Rafael tells Maetel that whoever Louis left with that night is the father. Maetel deduces he is the father. I assume Rafael is arrest.
When Louis wakes up, he's in a luxurious room over looking a garden with servants to tend to him... but there are bars across the room. Maetel has him under house arrest in the royal palace or a mansion. Sabrina visits him at one point and Louis learns that Rafael is due to be executed in a few days as he's clearly the ropeman.
After Rafael is executed (Rafael was OBSESSED with Louis), Louis is released. Louis finds out that his pregnancy is public and there's rumors that he's marrying Maetel. Louis has an unpleasant encounter with his sister, who feels he has brought shame to the family (probably by having a baby out of wedlock, not knowing who the father is, old fashioned old timey reasons, etc, etc).
Anyway, Louis has plans to leave town and have his baby. He hops into a carriage which takes him to... the royal palace. Maetel helps him out of the carriage and takes him to the decorated glass house out the back, with the garden.
Maetel has a discussion with a Louis saying he can't allow Louis to be a single parent, and if he marries Louis, the baby will become theirs. Maetel still does not tell Louis that he knows he's the father. Louis still doesn't know who the father is.
Maetel gets on one knee, tells Louis that the person he has always loved since his college years 10 years ago is Louis, and proposes to him. Louis happily accepts.
