Diana was probably a good person but has become lost in fear and greed. (Ie grew a massive ego) It's probably why she lost her powers to begin with. I don't think she meant what she said to Diana (At least the first part she said. She's still stupid af tho cause all it did was make her sound like a hypocrite) and was probably hoping she could just put Hess in a corner by saying some dumb shit like that. It's also very clear that Diana really does think that she's above her own actions, and that because Hestia isn't her that it's ok to point fingers.
That would also explain why she only invited people close to her. She wants them to act as her support and defend/agree with the shit she's spewing, along with the belief they'll follow along with whatever she says

I was to point out that Mika tends to change how he acts to manipulate Yuu. His behavior seems very reminiscent of what he did to get Yuu to want to run away with him from Guren. I feel that he plans to die instead of Yuu and to get the dude to lower his guard.
