the manga itself is more focused on the lolis cause there's a lot of them. i didn't know i stumbled into that manga but i loved the premise so now im trying to find it once again

So the manga was basically about a guy who got turned into a young female student, and the main plot is that they (the students in the school ?) can get superpowers as long as they put their panties in their head (i forgot if the MC is the only one who needed to put the panty in their head though). The ending was basically he returned to his old body, but he is still close with the female students that he helped
One scene in that manga is that the MC was fighting against someone in the rooftop of their school, and one of them used their powers to cut the building in half (that scene really stuck on me since it was beautiful lol)
