i've asked this before but i'll shoot my shot again. so its a manga about a guy who got reincarnated in a loli girls' body. the plot pretty much revolves to the lolis superpower where they can activate their power if they wear an underwear in their head

i remember that there were a scene where the mc is fighting in a building and his enemy chopped the entire building in half. the manga has no cover and has low review so i hope somebody can find this manga once again for me（/TДT)/
