i've been asking nonstop about that one particular manga everywhere but i still cant find it hAhAhA its gonna be the only thing in my head until the day i die
the plot (once again) is about a guy who got turned into a loli and can gain superpowers whenever the mc put an underwear in their head. i read it at this site, and i remember that it doesn't have a cover at all and has low rating, so i hope some of the raters can remember that one particular manga or else im barely gonna sleep once again hAhAhA
