The hell with the suddebly losing a baby in one chapter, having cyst in other.... seems like there was something the author wanted to say there but it was too quick and almost pointless u.u sitill is z good thing they are both ok.
i think the author was trying to convey the symbolism of the cake in their relationship more than the actual child n cyst itself
