Here is my take on the story so far...
See pages 26-27 Chiharu talks about pregman and asks Ikumi if he'd like to do one, basically.

Ikumi feels gross after being groped on a train. Chiharu touches his shoulder... Ikumi says he doesn't want anyone to touch him he says I'm a man! Chiharu then says NO, YOU ARE A PREGMAN.

In the first pages of the third chapter he says Bear my child! Not, I've always liked you, marry me...No, he learns Ikumi can't fight him off so he forcibly finger rapes him.The third chapter ends with him saying it as a threat....Next time, I'll make you bear my child.

Chapter 5, he picks Ikumi up under the pretense of wanting to protect him on the train but by the beginning of chapter 6 he's back in the have my child mode in the infirmary. It's obvious Ikumi is embarrassed but Chiharu tells Ikumi he's cute and he should just enjoy it. Chiharu blames it all on the pheromones in his self reflection. Ikumi lets the assaults go but he's still pissed off Chiharu did that. He blames things on his heat too.

Chapter 8 Ikumi meets Naoto and Chiharu gets jealous. Ikumi tells Chiharu he's a normal guy outside of heat but Chiharu tells him he's not. Ikumi says I'd rather Naoto than you. Then..of course, since it's yaoi...Chiharu nearly rapes Ikumi and tries to get him to take back what he said about choosing Naoto over him. Since Ikumi is not in a rut, he has the strength to fight back and he gtfo of there. Chiharu realizes he fucked up. Ikumi thinks his pheromones turned his nice friend into an asshole and feels even worse about being a pregman.

Chapter 10...Ikumi's heat starts flaring up. He runs away from Chiharu and Naoto sort of helps him hide. Naoto, affected by the pheromones kisses Ikumi...or almost does before Chiharu comes in to claim him, caveman style. Chapter 11 open with Chiharu looking down on Ikumi and saying it looks like Ikumi is fine with any guy since he is a pregman after all (hinting all pregman are sluts much?). BUT finally communication happens. Ikumi talks about how hard it is to be a pregman and how scared he is of becoming pregnant. Chiharu confesses to him that he loves him so he wants to kiss and touch him all the time and it isn't just bc of Ikumi's pheromones. He does not ask if Ikumi reciprocates those feelings before he is back to molesting him. Ikumi is in his heat so he can't really push him back. They have sex, it's dubious consent at best. Chiharu asks Ikumi to be his lover and claims he'll make him feel good physically. Other yaois call that asking to be sex friends not lovers, but okay.

Chapters 13-15 Naoto needs math help that Chiharu can provide. Ikumi wants to help Naoto so he pays Chiharu with kisses so he'll tutor Naoto.

Chapters 19-20 Chiharu actually acts like a good childhood friend and stands up for Ikumi when he is outted as a pregman. He argues he's a pregman but he's human first. (Naoto apologizes for his shock and says it is true being a pregman doesn't change who a person is and he asks if he and Ikumi can still be friends.) Later Chiharu says he stood up for Ikumi bc he loves him...not bc they've been friends for 10 years...ofc not. Yaoi.
Then he says he's been waiting for Ikumi to like him back all this time. Tf?

Chiharu gets Ikumi aroused and they have consensual sex. Ikumi gives him a snack and Chiharu says he'd get stuff like this everyday if Ikumi was his wife. Ikumi gets pissed he is being treated like a girl and kicks Chiharu out.

Chapter 23 begins Leon's arc. By chapter 28 Ikumi is deep into his heat and Chiharu tries to take advantage. By the end of chapter 29, he's asking Ikumi to have his kid but he thinks twice and puts on a condom. Ikumi passes out and wakes up in the infirmary thoroughly embarrassed. Chiharu tells him this is just a small part of you. (This is the most supportive thing to come out of Chiharu's mouth!).

Tbh Chapter 38 is the only one where I like Leon. He tricks Chiharu into being alone with him and tries to get him to give into his rut. It's karma for all the times Chiharu manipulated Ikumi during his heats. In chapter 42, Chiharu apologizes for being an ass and says he realizes some of what he put Ikumi through. After his mom talks about nasty pregmen, Chiharu supports Ikumi again by saying pregmen aren't disgusting and Ikumi shouldn't hate himself more than he already does.

BUT when Chapter 43 comes around it's as if Chiharu lost all that character development and he's back to wanting to have sex. Anyway, chapter 46 starts the farm arc. Ikumi sees a pregman x normal man married couple and comments on it and Chiharu says what matters is that a couple loves each other whether hetero or homo.
Ikumi confides to the married pregman that he likes Chiharu but thinks he'd be better off in a normal relationship with a girl or even a more girly looking pregman than he is.
BUT by the time they do that group outting. (Chpts 53-56?) ...it's not really a true date imho...and Chiharu sexes Ikumi at the movie theatre and he tries to get him to let him do it without a condom so he can get pregnant. Up to this point the only good thing I credit him for is not poking holes in the condoms.
Now we're on the leon x sweet Naoto arc and the supposed rival for Ikumi if he stays with Chiharu.
